What you can hold us to
- The rate is shown before you commit. A sell order is locked at the rate current when it is created.
- Every fee is itemised on the quote. There is no charge that you have not seen first.
- What happens when an order fails, closes or arrives with the wrong amount is written down in our refunds and disputes policy — before you need it.
- What we cannot do, we say: nobody can reverse an on-chain transfer once it is sent to the address you gave, and we cannot change an order’s rate after it is created.
What we will never ask you for
- Your seed phrase, private key or wallet password — ever. Nobody legitimate needs them.
- Payment outside an order on bdusdt.com. Every trade is an order on this site, with its own status page.
